Calf Raise With Dumbbell

Instructions

Stand with front foot on a stage, knees slightly bent and the feet no more than shoulder width apart. Take the dumbbells in both Hände. Stehe with a good body position (abdominal muscles tightened up, chest out, and back straight).

Keep the knee locked, directed to the body, by moving the heel as far as possible lift. Put the calf muscles completely together. While maintaining the controlled motion sequence go back to its starting position. The muscles may be before the next iteration does not relax.

Benefits

Development of muscle strength / durability of the calf muscles (Gastrocnemius / Soleus).
