Instructions

Sit with legs outstretched in front of you on a mat or on the ground. Crook of the right leg, by moving the feet against the left leg post. Stretch both arms forward toward your left foot, a slight elongation of the left Leg Curl injunction. Hold the back straight to the elongation of the Leg Curl strengthened.

A slight curvature to the front in the lower back area is a stretching of the lower back muscle cause. This can reduce the strain of the Leg Curl. Hold the stretch for 10 to 20 seconds before you Skip, on the other leg. Breathe naturally while the elongation and evenly.
