Leg Extension (Dynaband / expander)
Instructions
Tie one end of the Dynaband / expander at the ankle or foot and the other end to a chair leg. Seats with body posture on the chair (abdominal muscles tightened up, chest out, back straight). Place the legs so that the slices above the knee Blaine.
In a controlled stretch knee movement by shooting the foot forwards and moves up until the knee is almost durchgedrückt. Pull the leg completely together, avoid any movements.
