Only half of all doctors in Some parts of the world itself has an organ donor card. This resulted in a survey of some 500 established physicians.

The study suggests that feeling more than two thirds of physicians surveyed did not adequately informed about transplantation. They may therefore also fail to inform their patients well enough.

As a reason for the low willingness to donate 95 percent of doctors like to call the lack of patient education. A second reason would be explained by the fear of prematurely dead.
