Instructions
Set the Expander / Dynaband the under your front foot and hold the handles / ends. The hands are next to the shoulders. Introduce yourself with one leg forward out the front knee over the ankle and slightly bow the knee, feet slightly more than one Hüftweite apart. Keep the back heel up; the toes are directed forward.

Tie one end of the Dynaband / expander at the ankle or foot and the other end to a chair leg. Seats with body posture on the chair (abdominal muscles tightened up, chest out, back straight). Place the legs so that the slices above the knee Blaine.

Put yourself out and mount the tape / Expander above the head at a fixed object. Greife the Band / expander with the Hand upwards. Get in a good body position (abdominal muscles tightened up, chest out, back straight).

Fasten the expander / Dynaband approximately at breast height between the door and Türpfosten; standing with their feet in Hüftbreite apart, the knees are slightly bent. Hold the handle / the ends so that the arm with a line resistance (Expander / Dynaband) forms.

Fasten the expander / Dynaband under one foot and stand with body posture (abdominal muscles tightened up, chest out, back straight). Hold the Expander / Dynaband (palms facing forward) to the body sides. Push your shoulder blades down.
